Transformation through Somatics

I trust in the individual body knowledge and support you in dialogue and in approaching your own physically experienceable spectrum of possibilities. In sessions, I work with you about your body experience, if you want that. I include the physical experience and thus support your contact with yourself. You decide how far you want to go and which suggestions, from me, you like.

I work with space, anatomical connection, movement, imagination and perception exercises, breath, voice and, if you wish, with touch and support you verbally or non-verbally (tailored to what you want) in your process towards yourself / with you – in the intensity, speed that feels right for you.

By paying attention to your physical well-being, you can learn skills to consciously deal with your limits, roles and relationships. When you are in connection with yourself and your feelings, you can develop understanding and sensitivity for these. This is primarily done with clarity and differentiation – to be able to clearly perceive what state you are in, what you need and how you can respond to it – to live and be present with your entire spectrum of liveliness. In this way, it is possible to have your resources and options accessible and tangible for all individual challenges.

I will accompany you through various exercises, make suggestions and direct your attention through questions.

Session duration 60- 120 minutes.
